About Rebecca
Hi! I’m Rebecca, a science graduate with a strong passion for helping students understand and enjoy science. I know that subjects like biology, chemistry, and general science can sometimes feel overwhelming, so my goal is to make complex topics clear, engaging, and easier to understand.
I enjoy working with students to build their confidence and help them develop strong problem-solving and exam skills. Every student learns differently, so I tailor my teaching style to suit each individual and focus on areas where they need the most support.
My aim is not just to help students pass exams, but to help them genuinely understand the science behind what they are learning. I create a relaxed and supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes as part of the learning process.
I work with primary, GCSE, and A-level students and support them with understanding key concepts, revision strategies, and exam preparation.

My lessons are tailored to each student’s individual needs and learning style. I focus on helping students understand scientific concepts clearly, rather than just memorising information. I break down complex topics into simple explanations and use examples, diagrams, and practice questions to reinforce understanding.
A typical lesson lasts around 60 minutes and usually includes reviewing previous material, learning or revising key concepts, and practising exam-style questions. I also help students develop effective revision strategies and exam techniques so they feel more confident when approaching assessments.
My aim is to create a supportive and encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and working through challenging topics. Lessons are suitable for primary, GCSE, and A-level students who need help understanding science topics, improving their grades, or preparing for exams.
