About Cassie
I have always been interested in English, and over the years I have tossed around the idea of teaching. However, there is a certain connection that I believe must be in place before you can actively participate in educating someone, be they child or adult. Tutoring allows me to connect with my students in a way that the public education system can never do, so here I am.

My teaching methods/lessons depend on the student I am working with- this is the first thing that I establish. Sometimes I am quite hands on with my corrections and examples, and others I sit back and wait for the student to come to me with their questions.
Next we break down what the student is struggling with or wants more practice in so that we have a solid starting point with our lessons.
I am taking on students from elementary school through an undergraduate degree.
