About Sophia
My name is Sophia, I recently graduated from University and have currently been a Teacher Assistant in a high school. As such I have the expertise needed to offer my students tutoring in perfecting their personal statements for university and levelling up their essay writing skills.
My future aspirations includes becoming an English Teacher and teaching in Japan. I have a passion for learning both academically and in my personal life. And I wish to pass this passion on to my students so that they can also achieve their aspirations.

Personal Statement:
I will give students a framework for writing personal statements with the key points that students will need to include for the best changes of getting into university. Some of the key points include:

- Structure
- What makes a good personal statement
Essay Writing:
Students will learn how to bring ideas together, make arguments within an essay, showcase their standpoint using evidence and how to prepare for essay writing including researching a topic and citing information effectively.
