Hi, I’m Lorraine. a dedicated tennis player and coach with over 15 years of experience in the sport. I’ve trained at top European academies including the Piatti Tennis Centre in Italy and the Novak Tennis Academy in Serbia, and I’ve competed nationally, achieving a national singles ranking of 240.

My lessons focus on helping players build strong fundamentals and confidence on court. Each session is tailored to your level — whether you’re a complete beginner or already competing. Here’s what a typical session includes: 1. Warm-up & movement drills – Dynamic stretching and footwork patterns to improve speed and coordination. 2. Technical focus – We work on specific strokes (forehand, backhand, serve, or volley) using clear demonstrations and targeted corrections. 3. Consistency & rally drills – You’ll learn how to hit with rhythm, depth, and control under pressure. 4. Point play & tactics – Practise constructing points, shot selection, and adapting strategy against different styles. 5. Cool-down & feedback – We review progress, discuss key takeaways, and set short-term goals for improvement.
