About Bethany
I've had great success with personal statement workshops for both voluntary mentorship programmes and private tutoring clients, with many students reaching the next stage of applications after submitting their personal statements. Furthermore, through tutoring both the TSA and the MLAT exams, I believe I have the skills to both improve students' skills, and employ best practice for exam success.

I'm a recent graduate from the University of Oxford, where I studied Philosophy and Modern Languages (French). Having experienced the admissions process myself, and having worked closely with the University Admissions Department, I have been able to guide applicants through the process, from the personal statement right through to the interview process. I have had a high success rate in guiding Oxbridge applications for a range of subject in the Humanities.
Due to the freelance nature of my work, my schedule is flexible, allowing me to dedicate my time to preparing courses and working one-to-one with students on their own projects and applications.
I currently work as an educator with top-class learning platforms, providing courses in Philosophy, English Language, English Literature, and Oxford Entrance Exam preparation. These courses are curated, and include original learning materials created to maximise students' understanding and interest in the given subject.
I also work as a freelance editor, having had a number of published articles on a variety of subject, making me a strong candidate for essay and language polishing tasks.
