About Uchenna

I am currently a postgraduate student studying for my Mastersin sport psychology. Along with my studies I am also scholarship athlete for the university American football team as well as a current member of Great Britain's national American football team, the GB Lions.

About the lesson

I like to start off from the basics and build into the specialised topics involved in sport science and sport psychology. For sport science this will include biomechances, human biology, nutrition, and sporting performance as a whole. Sport psychology will entail how the mind works in different sporting situations and understanding how to develop and strengthen an athletes mental health, toughness, and wellbeing.
