About Vaishnavi

Hello, I’m Vaishnavi. I have lived in Dublin, Ireland for 4 years. I studied my master's at UCD and now I’m working in a corporate office. I love traveling, listening to music, watching movies, and have been working on taking on reading books as a habit too. I am originally from India and when I was doing my undergraduate degree in computer engineering, I started teaching Mathematics, Science, and English to sixth graders over the weekends. Now that I have started working here I can’t help but think how incredibly happy and content it made me feel having fun with kids in school. I would love to do that again after a brief break of 5 years.

About the lesson

I was a student once and it wasn’t easy when it was all “I talk, you grasp” in class. If I have been given the honor to be your tutor, then my approach will be first going over the course and topics to get the idea of what are your strengths and where you need extra help and working our way up from there together because tutoring is a two-person job - me and you. Also coming up with creative ways of learning and memorizing things. And last but not least, making the learning process fun rather than something that you have to do and reaching a point where taking exams is fun and not bothersome.

Perfect! Vaishnavi has a brilliant,calm and confident approach towards teaching.

I myself have struggled with maths from an early age and even now returning back to college as a mature student. Vaishnavi has lots of patience and plenty of easy to learn methods to help solve math problems I struggled with in college.

I never in my life thought I would grasp or get the hang of maths but with Vaishnavi and her teaching methods and constant encouragement I feel more confident in math after each session.

You can tell Vaishnavi enjoys teaching as a whole and goes the extra mile to make sure I understood what we learned,this speaks volumes about her professional approach towards teaching and also that she cares about her students understanding of the subject.

I can't recommend Vaishnavi enough and will be sticking with herself throughout my college years.
