Hi, I'm Benny,
Thanks and kuddos for landing on my page.

As a specialist relationship and life coach and psychologist, and someone that had experienced meaninglessness, relationship pains but turned things around through relationship and life coaching and therapy.

I am here to work with you because different from others, I believe in you, I believe you are an amazing person and deserving of successful life and relationship. I strongly believe that you too can take control of your life and be happily ever after just like I am today.

I know that loss of relationship can sometimes be turned into self blame and co-dependency which further rubs you of your right to happiness and fulfilling being, that is an overwhelming place to be but you go this though and just like my other client, you too can look back and smile in satisfaction.

I have a MSc in Women and Child abuse, MSc in Psychology, Pg. Dip in Trauma inform intervention and stress management, CPCAB Level 1 & 2 in Counselling Skills, Professional Relationship and Life Coaching for Singles and Couples and I am currently studying Counselling Psychology and Existential Psychotherapy with the New School for Psychotherapy and Counselling with Middlesex University.

I have diverse hobbies that include reading, research, adventure, reading, public speaking, mentoring and playing with my children.

I am passionate about informing the world about the importance of conscious relationship choices and their relatedness to our aspects of our lives. I commit to educating parents and couples of their role in educating their children relationship decisions and choices through their relationship commitments to each as a role model.

Hi, my name is Benedicta but I like to be called Benny and I'm a qualified and experienced trauma informed psychologist, relationship and life coach. Studying and teaching about how the mind works and how this impacts our physical being and chosen way of living is my passion.

I have had my share of unsuccessful intimate relationships with their ensued stress that led to my poor decisions. My childhood and historic experiences meant that I committed to learning everything that makes successful relationships, minimise stress, distress psychological breakdown and erratic choices.

I learnt that a successful relationship is fundamental to success in other areas of our lives and that if I need to make dedicated effort to earn first class in my studies and successful career, then my relationship requires such commitment to be successful and fulfilling.

If I can turn around my relationship, career, and other aspects of my life to around then you most definitely can. All it takes is to commit to making the shift in both your knowledge, perspective to life and know what you should know about your life that you don't know and which you can learn from relationship and life coaching.

I use purposefully personalised, proven, client informed and holistic methods for maximum outcome.

The programme is designed personally designed for young adult from 15 to 25 years, single adults, couples, families and group.

Sessions min of 50 minutes and max of 60 min for individuals once a week

for groups, min of 90 minutes and max of 3hours.
