About Mary
I am a graduate in French-English translation with a minor in management from the University of Ottawa, and I’m currently in the process of becoming certified as a secondary school teacher. I love helping students become confident in what they’re studying and watching as they begin to enjoy learning again.

I think that all students, no matter their age, have the capacity to learn if information is presented in a way they can absorb. I have studied multiple languages in various settings, and I have several years of tutoring experience, which puts me in a unique position to understand that what works for one student won’t work for another. My goal is to determine what works for each student and run with it.
