About Fernando
I'm an organized, fun and patient person. Graduated in March 2022 and since then I have kept studying each year. Made a specialization in football and collective sports training, I'm also a fitness trainer and can also work to readapt an injury back to action. I'm fluent in English and I like doing sports and training, I've been practicing calisthenics for a two years and also became certified in that discipline.

I'm a very passionate person when it comes to training and improving oneself. I'm also an organized, fun and very patient person, and I have the knowledge to adapt my classes to everyone, at any level. I also work here at my local city in a Health and Performance Center called "Core Prado".
Since I graduated I kept studying, made a specialization in football and collective sports training, and I'm currently training in calisthenics and also studying about the discipline.
We would start by getting to know each other, your previous experience, current condition and your goals.
My method is to always keep the classes fun and enjoyable, to go from less to more, make all the necessary efforts to adapt my classes and myself to whoever is putting their confidence in my work.
