About Alexa
I began tutoring as a freshman in college focusing on reading performance and comprehension. As an advocate for education it has always been a goal to help people meet their goals and become successful in their educational career. Now that I have obtained a Bachelor's of Science, I am pursuing a masters in Developmental Education so that I can further my knowledge in teaching and learning. The goal is to assess each student and see where they feel insecure in their learning. After assessments, each student will have the opportunity to choose a flexible schedule and decide what works best for them. My tutoring includes a curriculum, fun activities that promotes learning, and all learning styles. It is important that a student learns in their learning style to ensure comprehension, consistency, and continued education.
