About Alfredo

The interactive method I mentioned earlier yielded excellent results during the years I spent teaching American students in Cuba, my native country. The students—who did not always have a uniform command of Spanish—would finish my course with a significantly expanded vocabulary and the idiomatic structures needed to advance to a higher level.

About the lesson

My teaching method avoids conventional approaches, prioritizing instead interaction with the student and connecting them to the Spanish language as a living, evolving entity through examples drawn from Hispanic literatures, especially Latin American literature. It has yielded excellent results with my English-speaking students.
