About Prashant
i m very passionate about cooking, when i was in college, i started studying cookery as i don’t know anything, i knew what was carrot but never knew the history behind it. It fascinated me about and started learning about each and other ingredients, which gave me tremendous amount of confidence to be a great chef.
So now this motivates me to transfer my knowledge to the students who can excel in their life and feel more connected to ingredients and gets highly passionate about food.

I have headed modern European cuisine restaurant, a pan Asian oriental restaurant, a Indian speciality restaurant, also i have worked as a Banquet chef where maximum people i have served food in a day is 25000 people.
