About Tomás
The teaching method I use is necessarily always adapted to the needs of each student, but I prefer, in the case of Literature, a thorough analysis of the text under discussion with the student. In the case of grammar and the Portuguese or English language, it is necessary to explain the logic of grammatical structures so that the student internalizes the meaning of the language that he intends to learn at an advanced level.

I have a degree in Languages, Literatures and Cultures from the School of Arts and Humanities of the University of Lisbon and I am currently doing an MA in Theory of Literature there. My classes are aimed at students of all levels of education, from those who are taking the first steps in reading to those who are studying literature at an advanced level at the university, including, of course, all those who are attending elementary and high school levels.
