About Quinton

I have always been extremely passionate about music. I started with a wonderful piano teacher when I was five, who taught me at my level and helped me connect with the passion behind the practice. After playing piano and many other instruments for 24 years, I still connect with lessons from my first teacher.

While I want to ignite your passion for music, I will also share valuable lessons and practical instruction that will help your learning long-term. My time studying, performing, and teaching music has given me plenty of skills that can make your learning journey much easier than mine was!

Lessons with me will remain respectful of you, conscious of your time and hard work, informative, and fun!

About the lesson

Lessons will always start with something personal. I like to celebrate the wins in and outside of lessons. We will go over a bit of theory and practice fundamentals. But have no fear! we will find ways your brain wants to learn! Then we will spend time working on learning music that YOU are interested in, learning is also about CONNECTING with music!

We can aim for any goal you are reaching, whether that is for school, a performance, audition, or just for fun. I will take time to get to know your goals and your passions so that our lessons can be engaging, and teach you the skills needed to reach those goals!
