About Stephanie
I have been working in nutrition since graduating three decades ago. Sports nutrition and performance is my passion as I have dedicated my life to sport. I have been in the Middle East consulting, teaching, working as an inspirational speaker and writer for twenty-one years. Prior to that, I was a high school teacher in schools, at the Correspondence School writing the Health and PE syllabus and lecturing at the NZ Institute of Sport in Wellington. My skills are in individualized nutrition rather than a fad diet approach. I have also worked in sports nutrition at World Cup level with athletes across many sports to improve strength, performance and make weight ranges. I have also worked to help with nutrition science and practical plans for chronic illness
