About Bushra
I have a Good clinical knowledge and skills since I am a medical professional.Being a physiotherapist my aim is health and fitness and I like doing researches regarding fitness training and effects of physical activity on posture and balance and it's really interesting for me to teach these subjects.Fitness not only means to stay fit and make good body but it is a deep process that focuses on healthy lifestyles and good physical condition so that you can avoid health related conditions and problems in future.So my field links to the fitness and it's all about exercises. So I would like to indulge my students in a complete package with additional guidelines.
