About Edjane niketa

I’m Edjane Niketa M. Titular, 29 years old. I am currently working as a Barangay Secretary at Barangay San Juan, Virac, Catanduanes, and I have been serving in this position for three years.

Although my current work is in barangay administration, I am interested in pursuing a career in DepEd, particularly in the administrative field, after my current term. I believe that my experience in handling documents, coordinating with people, organizing activities, and working with different members of the community has helped me develop skills that can also be valuable in a school setting.

I am also a person who is willing to learn. If given the opportunity to work with your school, I am willing to undergo training, learn your systems and procedures, and improve my skills. I may not know everything yet, but I am hardworking, adaptable, and open to learning new things.

I would be grateful for the opportunity to become part of your institution and to contribute my skills and experience to your team. Thank you!

About the lesson

Students should be engaged in my lesson because learning becomes more meaningful when they understand the importance of the topic and see how it applies to their daily lives. As a teacher, I should create a learning environment where students feel motivated, valued, and encouraged to participate. By using interactive activities, relatable examples, and clear explanations, I can help students develop not only knowledge but also critical-thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
