I am a professional Pastry Chef responsible for all pastry products of 3 hotels and 3 restaurants with different styles and different types of European Asian food. I have a beautiful team of 20 pastry chefs coming from all over the world. With my knowledge I can assure you that you can also become a professional Pastry Chef and be in charge of the best hotels or restaurants.

I really would love to share my expertise, knowledge and skills I have learnt and developed during my career of more than 20 years in the pastry sector that includes plated desserts for large numbers of guests, to the Michelin stars plated desserts, celebration cakes, travel cakes, chocolate, artistic chocolate, mini desserts and many other things. I will be sharing also written books regarding the lessons with all the key elements, explanation of techniques and ingredients for you to have access at all the time once you have done the lessons.
