About Danika

I graduated from Concordia College in Moorhead, where I pursued studies in Theatre, and I will be obtaining my Master’s in Theatre Education. This educational foundation has equipped me with strong communication skills and a deep appreciation for literature and the performing arts.

I have gained valuable teaching experience through various roles and settings. My teaching journey began with helping the children of friends and neighbors, where I developed a personalized and engaging approach to tutoring. These experiences have honed my ability to adapt to each student's unique learning style and needs.

Currently, I work as a substitute paraprofessional, which has broadened my teaching skills and provided me with diverse classroom experiences. In this role, I support students across different age groups and educational levels, from elementary to high school. This has given me the opportunity to work in both one-on-one and group settings, allowing me to effectively manage different learning environments.

About the lesson

My teaching methods are student-centered and adaptable. I believe in creating an interactive and supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable to express their thoughts and ask questions. My background in Theatre and English enhances my ability to make lessons engaging and dynamic, using creative techniques to bring subjects to life.

I am passionate about fostering a love for learning in my students and strive to help them build confidence in their abilities. By focusing on their individual strengths and areas for improvement, I aim to make learning a positive and rewarding experience.
