About Nikki
I'm Nikki! I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Sciences at TMU. I have achieved high academic standing in upper-level university English courses focused on literature analysis and essay writing.
I have 4 years of experience in writing scientific laboratory reports and manuscripts. It is my priority to create a productive, welcoming, patient, and non-judgmental learning space for students.
I truly care about your success and want to make sure you are getting the most out of your lessons! I offer lessons for students in JK - 2nd year university students.

Within my lessons I strive to simplify complex concepts to students, so they can truly understand and retain them. To do this, I tailor my teaching method to each student's learning style - whether this is developing acronyms, creating visual diagrams, etc.
I can help students with test preparation, homework, essay writing, reading, or revising concepts that they are finding difficult. My goal is to help students build thinking strategies that they can apply to future studies and beyond their English courses.
As a graduate from TMU's Honours Biomedical Science program, I have a very broad understanding of what teachers expect from students. My experience not only applies to English-focused courses, but also extends to academic writings in the sciences and social studies.
