Recent graduate student from John Molson School of Business. I lived in Italy for 18 years and moved to Montreal to finish my University degrees. I am trilingual (Italian, English and French), and currently studying Spanish. I want to transmit my passion for the Italian language to all of you! When and why did you develop an interest in your chosen field?
Italian is in my blood, and I would like to share this lovely language with the world. I became a tutor to help people expand their knowledge in the Italian language and reach their full potential. By providing guidance, answering questions, and offering support, I aim to empower learners in their educational journey. Tutoring allows me to share information, clarify concepts, and facilitate learning in a personalized and accessible way. Ultimately, I became a tutor to make a positive difference in the lives of those seeking to enhance their understanding and passion for this language.
What makes you passionate about your subject?
I am passionate about the Italian language for its rich cultural heritage, melodious sound, and its role as a gateway to one of the world's most vibrant and historically significant cultures. Italian is the language of art, music, and cuisine, and its beauty and cultural significance inspire a deep passion for those who study and appreciate it.
What do you like about tutoring? What makes you a "Superprof"?
Tutoring is a rewarding endeavor. What makes me a "Superprof" lies in my ability to impart knowledge effectively and empower learners to reach their full potential.

One of the key aspects of tutoring that is universally appreciated is the opportunity to make a positive impact on someone's life. Tutors like myself can witness the transformation of a struggling student into a confident and proficient learner. This sense of fulfillment, knowing that I played a role in someone's growth, is a driving force for me.
Do you have any role models; a teacher that inspired you? Please explain.
My elementary teacher "Maestra Caterina Caliendo" is my role model because they had a profound impact on my formative years. Their dedication to teaching and nurturing young minds instilled in me a love for learning that continues to guide me. They were patient, kind, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that every student understood the material. Beyond academics, my teacher also taught important life lessons about respect, kindness, and perseverance. Their unwavering support and belief in my potential gave me the confidence to pursue my goals. In many ways, my elementary teacher shaped not only my education but also my character, making them a true role model and source of inspiration in my life.
What are your keys to success?
I excel because I can adapt to the unique needs and learning styles of my students. Flexibility is key. Understanding that not every student learns the same way allows for personalized instruction that can be more effective in conveying complex concepts.
