About Caleigh

Hi, I'm Caleigh! I have been teaching high school for 4 years. I love teaching foods & nutrition classes, learning about where food comes from, and how the foods we affect our bodies. My goal is to teach you quick and easy meals to cook that are healthy, filling and fun!

About the lesson

Lessons for high school and college level students looking for easy and quick recipes to cook! Teaching methods include videos and google slideshows. Teaching techniques include having students shop before class, and be ready to cook once class starts. Classes range from 30min-1 hr.
