About Joyce
Warm tea and the hum of a venue before the crowd arrives is how I remember my best sets. My 13 years of gigging across the American South give me a practical perspective on singing. I earned a Diploma in Music Performance at Musicians Institute Hollywood to sharpen my craft.
Teaching has been a joy as I have worked with 372 students over the years. Some people come to me for structure after being self-taught. Others want to manage stage fear before a big gig. It is really about finding your natural resonance and comfort.

Your voice requires a unique approach because your anatomy is singular. We begin every new journey here with a diagnostic vocal assessment.
This ensures we identify your needs quickly. We move into warm up exercises that actually make sense. Sight singing becomes much less intimidating with the right tools.
My Diploma in Music Performance provides the framework for our time together. We practice belting technique and harmony singing to build your confidence for the stage.
