About Ana-Maria

I completed my Master’s in AI and my Bachelor’s in Computer Science at the University of Bucharest. I worked for one year as an intern in Cloud and Market Technology Operations, and then for 1.5 years as a junior at the London Stock Exchange Group, where I analyzed data and calculations used to assess how risky different transactions were. I checked whether everything worked correctly, found errors, and helped improve the models used (either AI models or mathematical/statistical models).

I’m currently looking for a job as a Machine Learning/AI engineer and have taken a short break from Finance. In the meantime, I offer tutoring because I’m genuinely passionate about teaching, and I find it a very enjoyable experience.

About the lesson

I adapt quickly to any level of knowledge in Computer Science (beginner/intermediate, high school/university). I start from the student’s current level and explain everything step by step, adjusting the pace and difficulty to their needs.

Lessons typically last around 2 hours, more or less depending on the student’s age, level, and preferences. Lessons can take place either at my home or online.

For students preparing for exams, assessments, or competitions, I focus first on the exercises that require the most attention in order to maximize their scores. I can also tailor lessons based on the topics that interest the student most and go deeper into those areas upon request.

I provide tips & tricks to learn faster and grasp the material more easily. I use practical, visual examples that are as interactive and easy to remember as possible.
