About DJ
I love talking about literature, writing, essay writing... really everything that pertains to English. I've spent my whole academic life excelling in the language arts and I would love to help you do the same! I studied everything from modern literature to the very early classics in academic settings as well as for personal entertainment. I wish for everyone to have a sound understanding of English, whetheryou are just learning or just need a helping hand.

- I will meet you where you are and will work with you to find the best way for you to learn.
- typical lessons look like going over what you are working on and then working together to understand the topic.
If we are working on homework or school-related projects, you will have time to complete the work independently. I will look over and we will work on anything that needs attention.
If we are working on an essay or like projects, we will go over the requirements of the essay and then work on an outline, a rough first draft, a second draft and the final paper - depending on how many sessions we have before the paper is due will dictate how much work can be done on any second draft, but the final paper will be looked over before it is turned in.
-I will have activities ready for those who need more outside practice or attention, but those will be decided as the tutoring goes on
These lessons will benefit anyone in the fourth grade to college-level English courses.
