About Georgina
My name is Georgina and I have been tutoring since I graduated from the University of Oxford. At school I achieved A* grades in GCSE and A Level English, and an upper second class honours degree at University. I also completed a foundation course at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art.
I bring my passion for the subject to my lessons and have succeeded in raising my student's grades from B to A*, for example. I teach at all levels and enjoying improving my students from whatever level they're at.

- I bring a combination of academic rigour and creativity to my lessons. I specialise in English of all levels. I have experience teaching 11+ and 13+ as well as GCSE and A Level English.
- I have been tutoring for 10 years, so have really honed my lessons to make them as effective and beneficial as possible.
- I understand the importance of essay technique and focus on increasing my student's understanding of what is required of them
- I cater my lessons to each student's individual needs and ensure they find the joy in this brilliant subject.
- My lessons are at least 1 hour - but they can go on to 1.5/2 hours depending on the students needs.
- I have dyslexia myself so have a good set of techniques to help students with any learning difficulties.
