About Arit

I graduated from Ithaca College with a BS in Biochemistry. I also have a Doctorate in Pharmacy ,as well as, a MPH. I am currently in medical school and I have a passion for helping people but also for learning. I have been through various educational programs and so I understand the importance of doing well and truly understanding content. I have a passion for helping other students attain their goals as well. Since college I have served as a science and math tutor. My courses include biology, organically chemistry, biochemistry, calculus, statistics and many more. Similarly, throughout pharmacy school and now as a medical student I also serve as a tutor. I have over 12 years of experience in helping students excel in courses and I also am able to strongly relate to students needs as I am currently a student myself!

About the lesson

My lessons consist of lectures sessions followed by multiple practice problems. My course materials are geared towards making sure students not only pass their exams but do exceedingly well. I also create specific practice sets to determine areas of weakness for students so they can improve. My lessons also help you determine high-yield information for exams so that students always do well.

Arit worked as a TA for many or my introduction classes. She honestly made a huge difference in the course many of the students ended up with A’s in organic chemistry and biochemistry. She also helped students who were failing, eventually pass the course. All the times I worked with her as my TA no students failed my course. She was very helpful.

Arit amazed me with her vast us understanding of Biology. I failed my class multiple times, but working with Arit made very complex topics simple for me. She kind, patient, and very receptive to even the most “stupid” questions (she told me there is no such thing, by the way). Thank you Arit!!
