About Eddie

Hello! I'm Eddie Chadwick, a 23-year-old with a 1st class BSc in Chemistry from the University of Sussex (ranked 6th in the country when I enrolled). I achieved an A at both A level and GCSE chemistry on the AQA exam board but I teach other exam boards as well. Outside tutoring I spend my time doing Muay Thai and working as a data-analyst for a life science distributor. If you want to discuss lessons or tutoring please send over some details so I can prepare a session specially for you.

About the lesson

My approach centres on breaking down the more complex chemistry problems and concepts into smaller, more manageable chunks. From there we begin to learn these smaller aspects and begin to build a knowledge base and methods to solve these problems so that you have both a good understanding of the concept but also strong applicable skills. If you have any questions about my style of teaching or how we can make it work please let me know.

I was so worried about my GCSE Chemistry, and I was only predicted a 4. But with Eddie's help I got a 6. He broke down all those tough topics into smaller bits, so it was way easier to understand.

I booked 10 sessions of boxing with Eddie. We are about half way through and he's helped me massively. We focussed on learning the basics while getting fit. He's very motivating and knowledgeable about the sport and I would highly recommend if you are looking to get fit or start boxing.
