About Layan

I am an IB graduate who took great interest in any English and Literature related subject in school. Out of over a 100 students, 2 of them were in English A HL - including me. Reading is a great hobby of mine, especially when it comes to philosophical reads, and after growing up around many children and teenagers, I have realised that they often come to me for explanations. I know my way of teaching, and I know it has helped plenty of friends and family to achieve their highest grades.

About the lesson

The important thing is to relate to your students - especially since I was in the same place a few years back. Language and Literature can be difficult to comprehend, but with simple activities added onto visual and auditory learning, I believe anyone is capable of improving in English. When the student is not in a lesson with me, additional homework can be provided for extra practice!
