In teaching we structure square molds and we want all students to pass through there. And yes, it is true that I have come across square students that fit perfectly with the system taught but also triangular, circular and even spiral-shaped students. That is why in order not to fall into the same error and completely forget about their particularity and their different learning capacities, my teaching method is as follows: Quickly see their needs and thus be able to adapt a useful method for the student and never let the student has to adapt to the structured method of the teacher.
