About Alberto
Hello everyone! My name is Alberto, I am 41 years old and I have a degree in English Studies. I also have a B2 level of German accredited by the Official Language School. I would be happy to help both young people and adults to take their first steps with the German language through a practical and fun approach. I also teach reinforcement classes for high school students and other language students. As a non-native speaker of the German language, I know firsthand how difficult it can be to learn this, on the other hand, beautiful language. But do not despair or fall into discouragement: if you really want to learn, and you devote the necessary time and effort, very soon you will see how quickly your ability to understand and express yourself in the language of Goethe improves. Because of my experience as a teacher and student of several languages, I believe that, being honest, there are no magic formulas or shortcuts when it comes to learning a language that is not the mother tongue. Only with time and effort, can achieve the goal of understanding and be understood in a foreign language. But this is only good news: sooner rather than later, the one who perseveres achieves his goals. I think that the best way to approach this task, always hard, and sometimes a bit exasperating, is to combine a theoretical approach with a more practical one: it is important that the learning process be fun for the student and the teacher, but not aspects such as grammar must be lost sight of, which require a more serious and rigorous approach. In any case, in my German classes I try to always look for a balanced development, where all aspects of the language have a place.
