About Racheal
I am a dedicated reading and creative writing teacher with over a decade of experience helping students find their voice and confidence through language. Teaching is not just my profession it is something I genuinely care about, because I’ve seen how strong reading and writing skills can change the way students think, express themselves, and understand the world around them.
I began teaching because I believe every student has a story worth telling and the ability to grow as a reader, no matter their starting point. Over the years, I’ve worked with students of different ages, abilities, and learning styles, and I’ve learned that progress happens best when students feel supported, understood, and encouraged rather than pressured.
In my lessons, I focus on building strong foundations in reading while nurturing creativity in writing. I want my students to feel comfortable taking risks, asking questions, and exploring their ideas without fear of being “wrong.” My goal is to help them develop not only skills, but also curiosity, confidence, and a lifelong appreciation for language.
I teach because I love watching students discover what they are capable of and because I believe learning to read deeply and write freely can open doors far beyond the classroom.

My private lessons are built around one simple belief: no two students learn the same way. I don’t follow a rigid, one size fits all method. Instead, I take time to understand each student’s goals, strengths, challenges, and learning style, then design lessons that truly fit them.
In my sessions, students are encouraged to ask questions, make mistakes, and explore the subject with confidence. I focus not only on improving technical skills, but also on building understanding, independence, and motivation. Lessons move at the student’s pace fast when they’re ready, slow when they need clarity so progress feels natural, not forced.
My goal is for every student to leave a lesson feeling supported, challenged, and more confident than when they arrived. Private tutoring with me is not just about learning the material; it’s about learning how to learn, developing self-trust, and enjoying the process along the way.
