About Faith

I am a very well-rounded individual. I have taught students in both middle school and high school. I have taught both English and Math. I enjoy teaching students, but while that is my main career passion, I have a life outside of teaching. I am a naturally creative person. Therefore, in my free time, I write poetry, roller skate, and go to the movies. Creativity lives in me, and I take the time to be creative whenever I can.

About the lesson

Before any real learning happens, you have to get your students to trust you! When I take on any client, I get them to like me. I do this by finding out the things that they like and how to incorporate this into my lesson. My sessions tend to be one hour long, and within the first few minutes of the session, the student is well aware of what we will learn about. Whether I am teaching a student English or Math, I have ways to make it interesting! Students love me because I do not make learning feel like learning. I make learning feel like fun. If you want your student to see school as fun, please book a tutoring session with me.

Few months ago I came across Faith because my son was struggling with reading and math. Faith was able to get him to start learning how to read and doing simple math problems. She is very patience with children with special needs. She patiently went over the materials several times when necessary so that my son can understand. She is passionate and loves what she does. She also makes learning fun even when he is frustrated over his reading or math. I am glad we found her. She is always available and does not cancel tutoring sessions .My son loves working with her.
