Results-oriented and skilled education specialist with over a decade of experience in education teaching, curriculum, and instructional design and development. I have successfully worked with international organizations to foster education initiatives in Africa and the USA and assist with administrative and technical support. I am an analytical individual with a passion for empowering learners with effective support through quality education.

About the lesson

Bonjour je m’appelle Patricia, I am a native French speaker, I am born in Congo Kinshasa, a central Africa country. I have a master’s degree in teaching and curriculum and an Advanced degree in Instructional Design foundation both from
Syracuse University. I have been craving teaching since many years. I first taught French to native English speakers and adults as a free-lance job. Currently, I am a fourth-grade teacher in a dual language public school. I first taught French to Adult native English speakers as a free-lance job in 2013. Then I moved on to teach kids and teens as well. Those experiences helped me to build expertise and gain competence in the French language learning process. My French course is a discussion and participation one to help students actively engage in the learning process and find at ease in their own type of learning to cope with the different materials. For me, communication is the most important aspect of teaching a language. For this reason, I develop effective lessons and I can adapt them to the student’s needs.
