About Grace
I always tell my students, a good artist might not be a good art tutor.
When I was studying in University of the Arts London, I had a detailed observation on my tutors. I solidly believe that all of them are great artists, but not all of them are good teachers.
My tutor Nelson’s teaching method strongly influenced me. From him I learned how to think like an artist instead of looking like one.
Painting is one skill and teaching is another, I do have both. If I may have the pleasure to be chosen by you, you can also gain those primary knowledge from what I received from those brilliant contemporary artists!

My mom is also a teacher, since a very young age I understood the importance of our educational influence towards others.
My painting and drawing skills are excellent, I was shortlisted in Ashurst Emerging Art Prize in 2020 and my painting made a huge success in that exhibition.
But this is not only about skills, I believe, to teach art, a great depth of understanding of art history is very needed. This could unlimitedly sparkle inspirations for my students.
I am confident, and I will need your confidence too, let’s create and express freely!
