My methodology is first of all, body language, and facial expressions, and I use storytelling as I have a background in scriptwriting, as a powerful method to impact knowledge, values and skills, Humour is a need in my class, cause how can we learn without some huge laughter.
And I encourage self-directed learning, as the students are more likely to remain focused and interested if they recognize their progress and reinforce it along the way !!
