About Gerardo
I’m a recently graduated student, and I know how overwhelming it can feel when something just doesn’t make sense. I’ve been there too. That’s why I want to help. I genuinely enjoy solving problems, especially that moment when everything clicks and the answer makes sense. I’m young, easy-going, and patient. I know how to listen and explain things step by step. Helping others, whether it’s with homework or just understanding a tough topic, truly motivates me.

I take a personalized approach to tutoring, adapting each session to the student’s needs, learning style, and areas of difficulty. My goal is to help students truly understand the material, not just memorize it, and to develop confidence in their own abilities. Coming from Mexico, I bring a unique perspective to Math and Science, often offering alternative ways of thinking through problems. This can be especially helpful for students who need a fresh approach or who learn best through step-by-step reasoning. I have a strong level of English and an excellent command of math-related language, which allows me to explain concepts clearly and adjust my explanations depending on the student’s level. I aim to make lessons both effective and engaging, so students feel supported and motivated to improve.
