About Rachel
I have a Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Arts, I have worked in the food industry for more than 4 years, and I hope to share all my knowledge with you.
Having chefs as instructors can come with criticism. It's something I have been able to learn from, but I want you to learn in a compassionate way to improve your skills.
Cooking is not for everyone as a career, so having a compassionate instructor can make a huge difference.
Whether you're just starting out, or you want to further your passion, I am here to help you out.

During your first lesson, I want to be able to discuss what you'd like to make, and what you hope to learn. I will then make a lesson plan and provide resources and materials for you to look at and understand before we get started.
Before our lessons begin, I want you to make sure you have everything you need for that lesson, and come with any questions you may have.
What sets me apart from other tutors is the knowledge and skills that I want to be able to teach you. I have both culinary school and real-life experience that has expanded my knowledge beyond compare. I want to share my tips and tricks with you and help you become more confident in what you prepare.
