I took a yoga session with Ritika. I love sports but I never really got much into yoga. In the classes I have been to before at other places I never really found the joy of it. Ritika’s Yoga class gave me just what I was looking for: it allowed to relax, settle my thoughts and work on my mobility and flexibility. I was looking for a personalized yoga practice similar to what I have done in the past and I found Ritika. Her style is what I was looking for. With her I have the most fulfilling yoga practice. It is a great mix of postures flow, breathing and relaxation. She is kind and relaxed person. Ritika is absolutely AMAZING! She works with all levels. Ritika is my favorite yoga teacher! I love taking her classes because they are challenging but relaxing at the same time. It’s a fantastic way to get a good workout. I love her space too. Beautiful, bright. Also her virtual classes are just as good as her in person classes! Definitely recommend reaching out and setting up a virtual class with her.. It is amazing how I feel way more release after the class and more calm.

If you have any hesitance about starting yoga she’s great to start with in a private session. She walks you through the whole practice and brings peace to the practice. I highly recommend if your starting out or have experience and want to go a little deeper into the practice. Ritika has the experience to help with wherever your at in your practice.
