Graduated from St. John’s University, New York. I am a native French speaker and I worked as a French tutor for 2 years.

Téa has been my French tutor since Fall of 2023. As a Native French speaker, Téa had the incredible ability to teach basic French to advanced grammar; which she tutored me in. I truly appreciate that her expertise aided me in learning French that is sometimes not available in textbooks, the more colloquial jargon. She is a very sweet person to work with, and she makes learning a fun activity. I truly believe Téa is the best person to have guide a language endeavor; whether that is to earn an A in a French course, or to simply learn for fun. I very much recommend Téa, as she is trustworthy, professional, and brings a warm demeanor to every lesson.

Téa is very thorough with her work as a tutor and takes the time to individualize her teaching style for each of her students. Her attentiveness and patience make it so that all of her students are able to retain and understand information, and leave with the foundation of a lesson that they can fully understand. Her clarity and confidence make it easy for her to translate ideas over from another language. She is also not afraid to learn something new herself, and is easily able to apply new information to her lessons.
