About Anar
With over 22 years of experience in legal and spiritual practice, I’ve addressed challenges like panic, stress, trauma, and more. My journey led me to teach meditation, spirituality, and yoga alongside my legal work. As a fully certified Meditation-Yoga and Reiki II practitioner, I am dedicated to guiding others as a meditation, yoga, motivational, and life coach, helping individuals overcome fear and mental obstacles while embracing the depth of harmony and consciousness beyond dualities.

These lessons are for people who want to improve their mental state, personal and professional lives, as well as those who struggle with depression, despair, or midlife crises.
As a meditation and yoga teacher, I can apply mystical and Advaita Vedantic methods. However, depending on the student, I may use Vipassana meditation, breathing techniques, and musical meditation. I also incorporate personalized mantras and visualization.
