About Tyler

My name is Tyler, I am 32 and from England. I have lived in Malaysia for the past three years and have been a Personal Trainer for 10 years. For the past three years I decided I wanted to do more than just personal training. I want people to achieve their life goals as well as their fitness goals, this is why I chose this path, to help you! I like to be available to talk to my clients every hour I am awake, to help you through any challenges you may be facing. I answer any question spoken to me and can be there in person or online at any time. Maybe you want a long talk, or to just meet up to do something fun, I am happy to do anything that will make a positive impact on your life.
