About Meera
During my 6 fantastic years of guitar instruction, I've focused entirely on absolute beginners - students who have never touched a guitar or any musical instrument before. I've developed special techniques for teaching from complete scratch, helping hundreds of students progress from their very first guitar lesson to confidently playing their favorite songs through systematic, patient instruction.

Never held a guitar before? Excellent - that's my specialty! I will teach you guitar from complete scratch, starting with the absolute basics! We begin by learning how to properly hold the instrument, basic finger positioning, and how to make your very first sounds. No musical background needed at all! From these fundamentals, we slowly build through simple chord formations, basic strumming patterns, and gradually progress to playing actual songs. Every step is broken down into tiny, manageable pieces with lots of practice and encouragement. You'll be amazed how quickly you can play recognizable music starting from knowing nothing!
