Never held a guitar before? Perfect! That's exactly where I love to start. My guitar lessons begin with the absolute fundamentals - how to sit and hold your guitar comfortably without any strain, proper hand and finger positions that prevent pain and injury, how to make your first clear, beautiful sounds, and basic techniques that build your confidence from lesson one.
We slowly progress through simple chords that let you play real songs immediately, easy strumming patterns that sound professional, popular songs you already know and love, and basic music theory explained in the simplest possible way. Every lesson is customized to your musical taste - pop, rock, folk, country, or whatever you enjoy most!
You'll learn to read simple guitar tabs and chord charts, play both rhythm parts and simple melodies, build finger strength naturally and safely, and gain confidence for playing with family or friends. Most importantly, we move at your perfect pace, so you never feel rushed or frustrated - just excited about your progress!
