About Juan
I have always loved being on the water. I started to swim when I was 5 years old, on my age of 15th I started to compete professionally in swimming racing for over 15 years,. I won the championship in the 50-meter butterfly and 200-meter butterfly when I was only 16th years old. After achieving that, I left the professional training life aside, to become a Lawyer, but swimming is still my workout routine. Nowadays I also practice a new sport called underwater rugby. It’s been over 3 years since I started practicing it. But apart from that my experience at swimming conclude on over 25 years journey. I had experience teaching children from 12 years old to growing old adult age. By far I enjoy sharing this awesome lifestyle with people who have the same enthusiasm for it.

Water has always been a big part of my life. So I want to share with you my experience and knowledge in the swimming pool.
Learning to swim or improving your performance can be difficult and even frustrating sometimes, but together we can achieve the goals you’re seeking for. If you compromise yourself to train I guarantee excellent results. However, this should not be boring, so each class to be personalized we will choose the method that best suits you.
As a general rule I do not use additional equipment for the first lessons until I identify the needs of each one. The classes last maximum an hour, where will be stretching exercises, technical talks lessons and practice in the water. As a teacher I will be in the water with you at all times. If you already have experience in the water you can take advantage of my classes deeper, however, if you are a beginner up to now, we can start with the basic knowledge you need. In any case, together we will do a fun class but working towards the objectives sets at the first. I am so looking forward to hear from you and get those classes started.
