About Martin
I gym around PJ on weekdays. If you are outside of PJ, we can schedule in advance so I can arrange my time. Hope to meet someone like-minded, we can learn together in bodybuilding and I have struggled myself to look for a gym buddy on the gym floor, so I might be the first one to offer it as a service. If you are more pro than me, I can just waive the fee, so we can work out together and grow together.

I am not a trained personal trainer but I have worked out for almost 4 years now, and I hired a few PTs myself, so I can say I have basic knowledge on correct posture and tempo. If you are a beginner wanting to learn formation or a pro needing a buddy to help with progressive overload (safely), you can hire me with a small fee just enough for my time spent with you and to support your bodybuilding journey too.
