About Teal
Hi students!!!
I am Teal Grindle, I am a former British Gymnast who has competed at an international level since I was nine to the age of 17. I have a real passion for gymnastics still and would love to be able to teach it to anyone who is interested. It is important that you know I will work around you. Whether you have mats at home or a trampoline looking to summersault on or you would like to improve your flexibility. I am here. :)
I also provide personal training to those who are looking to complete this in the comfort of their own home (must have a gym in their home). This is purely based off my own knowledge and research.
