About Samantha

Hi everyone, I am sports & gymnastics coach for over 14 years to people aged 2-50 years old. I have taught a number of sports and activities including gymnastics, acrobatics, tumbling, circus & aerial. I have 5 years experience as a Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy assistant working with a number of children and adults including people with Autism, Global Development Delay, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy & ADHD. I love teaching and helping people reach their goals and hidden potential! It brings me great joy to see people learn new skills and have the privilege of helping them achieve everything they set their minds to. Come and book a lesson with me to discuss your goals further. I have a Cert 4 in Allied Health (Physiotherapy & Occupational Therapy) as well as a Level 1 Gymnastics Certificate.
These lessons will best suit the ages of 5yrs+ but I can accommodate a Physiotherapy/Occupational therapy program for children under 5 years if requested.
The level I will teach will suit Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced individuals.
Each lesson will run for 50 minutes. The first 10 minutes will consist of stretches and exercises depending on your needs and circumstances. The next 20 minutes will focus on a review of the core exercises or skills specific to the individual. The next 10-15 minutes will focus on new exercises or skills depending upon the individual. The last 5-10 minutes will include a cool down stretch and recap of the lesson.
