About Brianna

Provide gymnastics lessons in LA county right from the comfort of your own home! Began gymnastics at 3 years old. I love this amazing sport. I also partake in cheerleading, triathlons, skim boarding, and rock climbing which helps me improve in my knowledge of exercise. I am a kinesiology exercise science major at California State Northridge and have a passion for fitness training. Lastly, I am CPR/AED/First Aid and SafeSport certified.

About the lesson

I provide knowledge and motivation for athletes of all ages, that want to learn fitness, gymnastics, flexibility, and conditioning. I will begin with a 15 min warm up that includes cardio, small stationary exercise and stretching. Whether the goal is having fun learning rolls/handstands/cartwheels or are more advanced and are ready for advanced tumbling I am the coach for you!
